The time is fast approching for posting scores for handicap purposes in Maryland. The active season begins March 15, 2009 and scores for all rounds played in Maryland must be posted for Handicap purposes. The active season in Maryland will close on November 15, 2009. Following are the revision schedule dates for handicap updates. MHP clubs must revise Handicap Indexes on the 1st & 15th days of the month by 10:00 am and also on March 15th to begin the active season, and on November 16th to end the season. An “AWAY SCORE TRANSFER” must be performed the day of the revision for proper processing. The active posting season for Maryland is from March 15th through November 15th, including the March 15th and November 16th revisions.
