After extraordinary efforts by the entire staff at Crofton Country Club as well as countless utility and arbor workers from the Baltimore-Washington area, the United States Amateur Qualifier originally scheduled for Monday, July 26th is ready to go on Wednesday, July 28th. The original groupings and starting times are in place. Practice areas will be open at 6:30 AM.
The United States Golf Association and the Maryland State Golf Association extend the most sincere appreciation to the Crofton Country Club management team of Richard Scheffler, Phil White and Matt Hoffmann for the club's exception work in getting the golf course ready for the Wednesday competition.
